The AL-KO LHS 520/5 horizontal log splitter from AL-KO is an easy to use, quiet wood splitter that is an effective and efficient tool designed for heavy duty homeowner use.

The LHS 520/5 has a high five tonne splitting force to ensure that the toughest logs are split cleanly and effectively. Its powerful 2,200 watt motor means it can split pieces of wood up to 52 cm in length and 25cm in diameter.  With its wide, stable platform, and elevated working position, the LSH 520/5 is perfect for splitting larger quantities of wood without the back-breaking effort involved in using other compact splitters.

The two-hand safety control ensures safe working and precise splitting of the wood, while durable, high-quality materials and multi-welded components ensure a long lifespan for the log splitter. The steel parts are high-quality powder-coated and therefore well protected against corrosion.

Operation is extra safe thanks to a safety guard which ensures the splitting area remains isolated.

The large, free-rolling wheels also make the LSH 520/5 easy to transport in and around the garden, even over uneven surfaces.
