The Husqvarna R316TsX AWD is a compact, hugely capable and flexible Rider with power steering and a powerful V-twin engine. This efficient Rider is delivered deckless and can be fitted with either a 103 cm or 112 cm Combi deck.
Ideal for domestic landowners with demanding jobs, the high specification is powered by a Kawasaki FS V-Twin 603cc engine which gives superb levels of power and performance. The engine is positioned behind the driver to give a better overview of what you are mowing, with less noise and emissions around you.
The X models feature a car style engine hood with sound absorbing material for improved sound quality. This low sound technology makes it possible to increase the engine power and thereby also the blade and ground speed, which makes the X models extra efficient.
The R316TsX AWD has an All Wheel Drive system which means in has traction on uneven, wet and slippery terrain and slopes, while the articulated steering system and front-mounted cutting deck means intuitive operation, excellent mowing accessibility and great overview of your working area.
Its powerful combi cutting decks on the machines are front mounted providing excellent access to corners, park benches and underneath bushes – you can choose between a 103 cm or 112 cm deck. The blades are automatically activated with electronic blade engagement when you lower the cutting deck. The cutting height can be adjusted between 25 and 75 mm, for valuable precision and a pristine finish.
When you cut, you can choose from two different modes: rear discharge or mulch.
With the mulching mode, grass-clippings are cut and then re-cut inside the cutting deck before being ejected deep into the base of your lawn. The tiny cuttings break down to recycle valuable moisture and nutrients, leaving a tidy finish and fertilising your lawn naturally as you mow.
The cutting deck is easily tilted up into service position for easy cleaning after mowing.
An array of smaller features, including a transparent fuel tank, 12V socket, bottle holder, easy-to-access controls, a storage compartment and front head lights make this model a pleasure to operate.
Unique articulated steering
The unique articulated steering system allows the rear pair of wheels to swing in underneath the machine. The result is superior manoeuvrability with a minimum turning radius at full lock.
HMI Display
The intuitive display communicates with the driver through visual symbols and warning sounds, assists in handling and gives real time data and warnings.
Optional combi cutting deck
This Rider is delivered deckless and can be fitted with 103 or 112 cm Combi cutting decks for efficient BioClip® and rear ejection cutting.
Adjustable steering wheel
For greater ergonomics and comfort a telescopic steering column lets the steering wheel height to be adjusted.
