The Husqvarna 553RBX is Husqvarna’s most powerful commercial grade backpack-mounted brushcutter.

It is ideal for professional gardeners and contractors working in tough conditions and difficult terrain.

Powered by a 50.6 cc X-Torq Husqvarna engine, the 553RBX is able to boast high torque with excellent fuel efficiency and low emissions.

You have the choice of two cutting attachments. First, a Tap ‘n’ Go trimmer head allows you to work on large areas of light grass quickly, and you are able to quickly feed more line simply by tapping it on the ground. The other attachment is a four tooth metal grass knife, perfect for tougher tasks and thicker areas of grass.

The provided Combi-guard means the machine can be used with both a grass blade and trimmer head, ensuring simple switching between the two.

The fuel pump has been designed for easier starting, while the starter itself is a standalone piece of equipment, making the starter cord simple to replace if required. The bevel gear designed with high torque and to keep the cutting equipment parallel to the ground results in the best possible cutting performance.

The inclusion of the J-handle with this machine allows it to be used with both the trimmer head and grass knife, giving excellent versatility combined with safe, comfortable operation.

It’s unique harness is designed for dynamic muscle work and minimum strain on the user.
